Our Casa de María Anthology welcomes writers at different stages of their creative practice. Contributors include emerging writers seeking a thoughtful entry into publishing, as well as established writers who value community and ethical editorial practice. The Writers Retreat Edition features work by writers who have participated in Casa de María Publisher’s in-person writing retreats, free webinar series, or subscription-based webinar offerings. Contributions emerge from sustained engagement with writing through these programs.

 

The anthology brings together poetry, prose, and personal writing shaped by time, attention, and the opportunity to develop work within a guided environment. Each piece reflects what can take form when writers are given space to work with intention and care.
