The Writers Retreat Edition features work developed during our immersive writing retreats. The Young Writers Anthology is our community outreach centered on young voices. It is a guided and family-informed publishing process.

The Writers Retreat Edition is a vibrant collection of diverse voices, stories, and the creative journeys of writers who have participated in Casa de María Publisher's in-person and virtual writing retreats. Each piece in this anthology reflects the courage, healing, imagination, and artistic growth that emerge when writers are given the space to write, reflect, and reimagine their narratives.

 

Guided by the tropical grounding presence of Puerto Rico and carried into intimate online creative circles, our retreats offer writers a sanctuary to explore their truth and cultivate their writing craft.

 

This anthology honors that experience by showcasing poetry, memoir, fiction, and reflective essays. These gems are created during workshop sessions, guided prompts, community conversations, and moments of personal revelation.
